Ans: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees. However, we do not penalize our customers with any additional administration or Restocking Fees ($0).
Q6: How long will it take to get my refund?
Ans: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are immediately processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
