We want you to love your purchase from revat. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Item Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be brand new, unused, and unworn.
- It must be in its original packaging with all product tags and labels fully attached.
- It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping Cost
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- "For remorse returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or the style doesn't suit you), the customer will bear the actual cost of return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, please contact our support to receive a prepaid return label at no cost."
Restocking Fee
- We charge $0 Restocking Fee. You will not be penalized any administrative fees for returning an item.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
